四 | 7月美国宣布对加拿大酒水、建材等商品加征50%关税，原定8月19日生效，后因谈判短暂推迟，最终8月22日正式落地，但并未涉及汽车与钢铁品类。 多轮谈判中双方一度传出妥协信号，但美方追加苛刻条款，谈判彻底破裂，加拿大随即宣布，9月8日起实施对等报复关税。 为进一步逼迫加拿大让步，美国将矛头指向深度绑定的北美汽车供应链，设置4个多月缓冲期，并非即刻执行，既给谈判留出窗口，也减少对本国车企的即时冲击。 北美汽车产业高度一体化，加拿大大量整车与零部件供应美国工厂，一旦50%关税落地，跨境生产成本将大幅抬升，直接冲击区域供应链，推高整车售价。需要指出的是，目前该政策还属于对外宣告，后续仍存在谈判调整的可能性，而加拿大也大概率出台对应反制举措。
